Moong daal halwa

Easiest moong dal ka halwa😋😋✌ here is the recipe only for you take a look

.

Ingredients:-

-Half cup ghee

-1 and half cup moong dal, soaked and paste

-1 cup saffron infused milk

-Half tsp cardamom powder

-1 cup hot water

-1 cup sugar


For garnish:-

-pista

-almonds


Method:-

- melt half of the ghee in a pan add moong dal paste and stir well.

- keep stirring on a low to medium flame until the raw aroma of moong dal completly gone.

- when dal roasted add milk and saffron and cook till all the milk absorbed by dal.

- after that add cardamom powder and hot water and mix well.

-now add half lefted ghee and sugar in it and stir well.

- when all the liquid get absorbed you will notice the ghee getting separated thats the sign that halwa is ready.

- add pista and almonds on it and serve hot.
