Tomato marmalade/jam ššāļøan easiest recipe is here only for u:-
Ingredients:-
- 2kg tomatos
- 1kg sugar
- 1 orange zest
Method:-
- with knife small cross cut on the top of the tomatoes and blanched them.
-peel tomatoes remove the seeds and cut into small diced.
- in a pot add diced tomatoes and sugar and cook them atleast half an hour on a slow flame
- add thinly cut orange zest strips in it.
- cook until the tomatoes become thickened or jam like consistency then cool it down.
- pour it into the jar(not air tight jar)serve with bread and other dishe
